Smart Hoops: The program is a summer program offered

Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-6:00pm to boys and girls entering 7th and 8th

grade. On Fridays, we offer field trips, guest speakers and/or workshops. The

morning session consist of the Academic Component where participants work

on their mandatory summer reading list and MCAS preparations. Free lunch is

provided through the city of Lawrence and the Lawrence Public School system.

The afternoon portion is the Basketball Component. Student-athletes are

divided into teams to play against each other. We also provide skill clinics and

other basketball related activities.
